ABOUT ME

Amy Leigh Davis was born near Camp Lejeune, North Carolina where her family lived while her father served in the US military. Most of her early years were spent between Arlington, VA, Nashville, TN and Kansas City, MO. She now considers Missouri home.

She is the author of The Alter Ego of the Universe, a chapbook published by Finishing Line Press. Poems have recently appeared in Across The Margin, Wildroof, SLANT, Right Hand Pointing, Dream Pop and elsewhere. She recently attended the Kenyon Review Summer Writers Residency in Gambier, Ohio.

She is actively writing with a focus on a first full-length poetry manuscript.  She is open to editing, providing peer critique and public readings.
